Paul Christ
Paul is thrilled to join the team at Access Radio. Originally from the United Kingdom he has spent most of his career in the world of theatre, both as a performer and an administrator.
Having now left his perfomance days behind him, Paul is enjoying working with the programme makers of Wellington to help promote the voice of the community. Please email him and let him know your ideas for Wellington Access Radio.

Dayle Jones
Dayle has recently joined the team at Wellington Access Radio as Programme Manager, having worked in both the Acting and Radio Industries for several years. Born in Invercargill, Dayle has moved her way up the country, living in both Dunedin and Queenstown and with the odd visit to the Gold Coast to catch some sun.
Since graduating with a Diploma in Acting in 2000 she has spent the last 7 years teaching Drama to children. Dayle has worked as an Announcer, Copy Writer, Producer, and for the past 18 months was the Station Manager for Massey University’s Radio Station, MUNT FM. Sonia Yee
Sonia is a 2nd generation NZ-Chinese theatre practitioner who fell into radio. She is a graduate of Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School where she trained as an actor. She also has a BA in American Studies, - popular culture, media and literature from Canterbury University. Sonia is currently working on other creative projects outside of Access, and enjoys networking across the arts industry.
She is the producer and host for the Access Radio arts show The Zone. So email her and tell her about the wonderful projects you’re working on so she can feature you on the weekly show!

George Vea
George (Siaosi) is a first generation Tongan from Auckland with a diploma in Commercial Broadcasting from New Zealand Radio Training School. He has a strong sense of community and enjoys the diversity that Access Radio has to offer. He’s keen to communicate with people from a diverse range of ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
George handles the uploading of programmes to the website, finding new voices for Youth Zone and Community Zone and helps programme makers with all aspects of radio producing. He also assists in the development of the Gateway Programme. If you have any questions for George, or wish to be involved in Youth or Community Zone projects, then please email him.
