This programme is a sharing and discussion of ideas, views, issues, and other important matters related to wellness and wellbeing from a holistic perspective. That is, it includes financial, social, occupational, emotional, spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and environmental wellness and wellbeing. All of these different aspects of wellness and wellbeing are vital in building a healthy and whole individual, family, community, country, and a better world.
The theme for July is: Self-care - what is self-care, signs and red flags of non-self-care, cheap and free ways to practise self-care.
